Charities became lazy thanks to the recession.

I have been told by many a Republican that the people who collect unemployment are lazy and don't want to work. Well, charitable donations are down by 11% (the largest drop in 20 years). I'm certain we will hear Sean Hannity soon calling for charitable organizations to start pulling their weight again or risk loosing any federal assistance.
